After notifying the owner, we were moved to a different flat, but it had its own problems including no heating or hot water, open windows that couldn't be closed, and a shower that was too cold to use. There were also several missing items in the kitchen and maintenance issues throughout the flat. It took the landlord six nights to address the hot water issue, which was simply a matter of paying an invoice. Cons: Nothing enjoyable about the stay, especially due to the absence of hot water. 👎.
